Local Food Policies as Tools Towards a Sustainable and Fair system

In Italy, there is a growing interest in local food policies.

As a reference to the driving experiences such as those of Toronto and Vancouver, international programs and initiatives such as ‘Food for Cities’ promoted by FAO, and in particular the Milan Urban Food Policy Pact. The seminar, organized by the Italian research network on local food policies, compares experiences, theoretical reflections, critical issues and opportunities for Italian and international realities.
