A special gastronomic evening based on indigenous foods together with The Sioux Chef, winning team of the James Beard award.

A unique dinner serving the cuisine of North America prepared by Native American chefs who propose, in the premises and under the arches of Platti and Papille’s in Corso Vittorio, a tasting menu with aperitif of five courses including wines, combining recipes and flavors of different tribes, to share the culture and traditions of the wonderful Sioux people.
