Torino-Lingotto Fiere

In the middle of Spain, students transformed Extremadura, one of the EU region most subjected to youth depopulation, into a rich gastronomical area!

They are giving importance to their homeland, via a local biodiversity map that explains the typical plants and agricultural products connected to their land. Together with Francesco Sottile, professor and agronomist, they will explain you their experiences and provide you with the tools to find and map your region’s agricultural and biodiversity treasures!
